REPAIR ESTIMATE
Once the best method of repair is decided and our repair estimate is complete, we will liaise with either yourself (private repairs) or your insurance company (insurance claims) to get authority to commence repairs.

REPAIR AUTHORITY & PARTS ORDERING
Once authority has been received by you or your insurer, we will order any parts needed for the repair and keep you updated on the progress and any potential back-order delays.

BODY & FRAMEWORK
Our qualified and experienced Tradesmen will ensure your vehicle is repaired to the highest standard and meets the manufacturer's specifications. Repairing it to its safe, uncompromised pre-accident condition.

Paint work
Our highly skilled paint technicians will then prepare and mask your vehicle ready for painting, prior to using world class Sikkens Paint from AkzoNobel in our dust free, climate controlled spray booths. Ensuring a faultless finish and perfectly matched colour to the existing paint on your vehicle.

REASSEMBLY & FITUP
Your vehicle will then be reassembled and quality checked.

BUFFING & POLISHING OF NEW PAINT WORK
We take great care to ensure your vehicle’s paintwork is perfect. Once the paintwork has dried, your vehicle is unmasked and de-nibbled to remove any minor imperfections in the paintwork, and finally it is machine buffed and polished.

DIAGNOSTICS & RESETS
With the growing computer technology in each modern vehicle, it is now standard practice to utilise scan tools to reset warning lights and ensure that your vehicle is clear of any warnings. This can often be required to be completed by the manufacturing dealership, depending on the error received.

WASH, CLEAN & FINAL INSPECTION.
Before we return your vehicle to you, it will receive a courtesy thorough wash and clean inside & out, as well as a final inspection to ensure you are completely satisfied with the repairs and quality of your vehicle.

Vehicle Collection
Your vehicle has now been restored to its pre-accident condition and is ready for collection! We happily offer a local pickup and delivery service, including to the hire car companies (Bomaderry & South Nowra). Whatever is easiest for you.
